Good afternoon, CCA Families. As we continue to monitor the potential impact that Hurricane/Tropical Storm Helene will have on our area, it has become highly likely that travel could be hazardous tomorrow evening and into Friday morning. As for now, we plan to operate on a regular schedule tomorrow (9/26). There is a chance that travel conditions could begin to worsen during the early evening hours on Thursday (9/26), and for that reason, we have made the decision to cancel all after school activities for tomorrow, which includes YMCA. Should the forecast worsen overnight, and require us to adjust our schedule for tomorrow, we will inform you promptly. We always intend to inform you as soon as possible if there will be changes to our school schedule. Friday (9/27) will be an eLearning Day for Cherokee Charter Academy. Teachers will work with students tomorrow to prepare them for the eLearning Day and answer any questions they may have. Thank you for your support and stay safe! Mr. Teague School Director
